The specifications required for facility services can already be created before termination/taking into operation of the building. This generates a generous period of time for the building owner, to find a suitable service provider, if required. Thanks to a continuous BIM planning and execution supported by BIM large amounts of data are generated.

The data necessary for operation like room data sheets, facility list or maintenance requirements can be made available for import in any FM specialised system (for ex. CAFM). If required, we will be happy to counsel you in your search for a suitable operating system.
