Visualisation / Rendering

A quotation model or a planning model are visualised or rendered, in order to present it to the building owner or other project participants. By this method even complex planning components can be shown intelligibly in geometric and visual form. Therefore, a visualised model can improve decision making and acceptance of the construction project.

New construction headquarters with hall complex of the company Hanselmann in Crailsheim

In this project the planning was staged for the building owners in a modern and innovative manner. A model was created during the quotation phase for the determination of quantities and afterwards visualised using the rendering software Lumion. The building owner could gain a photo-realistic overview of his building project thanks to the pictures and a film generated on the basis of the model.
