The health and safety of our employees is a very important factor which needs to be protected and which considerably contributes to our success as a company. As a family-owned company we make an effort to look out for each other and to keep the health and well-being of every individual in focus. The objective of our management system for health and safety at work is to detect risks early-on and minimise them, to guarantee failure-free operation and construction processes, assure accident-free work and support responsible actions on all levels. With a coverage of 100 % we steer and monitor the adherence to the requirements and processes of health and safety at work according to ISO 45001 in regular inspections and audits on all our construction sites, workplaces, and offices. Incidents like accidents or dangerous situations are analysed in detail by the responsible health and safety at work management coordinators, as well as safety officers. The measures and findings developed from this analysis are used for future accident prevention.
